** DATA USAGE**
a. Prohibited Activities. We agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities (collectively, "Prohibited Activities") and not to aid or abet others in doing so:
i. Process the Platform Data in order to discriminate or promote discrimination against people based on personal characteristics such as race, ethnicity, color, nationality, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, health status, genetic diseases or other characteristics protected by applicable laws, regulations or Meta rules.
ii. Process Platform Data to determine individuals' eligibility for, among other things, housing assistance, employment, insurance or educational opportunities, and credit, government benefits or immigrant status. By "eligibility determination," we mean making decisions about whether to grant, deny, or take away certain benefits (e.g., housing allowance or scholarship) and determining the terms under which benefits will be granted, denied, or taken away.
iii. Process Platform Data for the purpose of observing people, facilitating such activity or providing appropriate tools. Surveillance includes Processing Platform Data about people, groups or events for law enforcement or national security purposes.
iv. Sell or buy or license the Platform Data.
v. Post Platform Data to a search engine or directory or otherwise provide the latter with access to the Platform Data without Meta's prior express written consent.
vi. Attempt to decode, bypass, re-identify, de-anonymize, decode, decrypt, reconstruct, reconstruct the Platform Data provided to us or reverse its hashing.
vii. Modify the core functions of our Application or Data Processing so that Users view the Application as different or unfamiliar, or substantially alter the scope of the Processing of previously collected Platform Data, unless in each case we first resubmit our Application to Application Verification and obtain approval from Meta.
viii. Process Friend Lists with Facebook to establish friendships on your Application unless each member of such relationship has provided us access to the relevant information for this purpose.
b. Additional Terms of Use of the Restricted Platform Data.
i. We agree not to request Restricted Platform Data except as necessary to materially improve the performance of a particular product or service for which the User has shared Data.
ii. We undertake to make it clear to the user why we are requesting restricted platform Data in order to improve the product or service.
iii. For the sake of clarity, we shall make it clear that our Processing of Restricted Platform Data shall be in accordance with the applicable Developer Documentation and other provisions of these Terms and Conditions (including the "Prohibited Activities" section).
c. Sharing of Platform Data. We may share Platform Data only in compliance with these Terms, including Sections 3.a ("Prohibited Activities"), 3.b ("Additional Terms for Restricted Platform Data"), 4 ("Privacy Policy") and 5 ("Service Providers and Technology Providers"), applicable laws and regulations, and in compliance with all other applicable terms and rules, and only as set forth below
i. With respect to Platform Data collected as a Technology Provider, solely as described in Section 5.b below ("Technology Providers").
ii. With respect to Platform Data collected in a capacity other than as a Technology Provider:
1. if required by applicable laws or regulations (we will retain proof of such requirement or request and make it available upon Meta's request);
2. with our Service Provider;
3. if the User directly directs us to share data with a third party (in which case we shall retain proof of such directive and provide it upon request to Meta); or
4. solely with respect to Platform Data that is not Restricted Platform Data with other third parties, if:
a. we first contractually prohibit them from using the Platform Data in a manner that violates these Terms or any other applicable terms or rules (we must retain proof of such prohibition on a contractual basis and provide it to Meta upon request); and
b. we ensure that any third parties involved will comply with these Terms and all other applicable terms and rules to the same extent as we do, and we shall be responsible for their acts and omissions, including their failure to comply with said terms or rules.
d. Storage, deletion and availability of Platform Data.
i. If applicable laws or regulations do not require the storage of Platform Data, we will do the following (and will use reasonable efforts to ensure that our Service Providers do so):
1. Make reasonable efforts to update Platform Data, including Platform Data that has been modified or deleted. We will promptly update Platform Data upon receipt of a request to do so from Meta or a User. We provide Users with an easily accessible and clearly marked way to submit requests to modify or delete their Platform Data.
2. Delete all Platform Data as soon as reasonably possible in the cases below:
a. if the storage of the Platform Data is no longer needed for legitimate business purposes in accordance with these Terms and all other applicable terms and conditions;
b. if we discontinue the product or service through which the Platform Data was obtained;
c. if we are requested by Meta to delete the Platform Data to protect Users (at Meta's discretion);
d. if a User submits a request to delete their Platform Data or they no longer have an account associated with us (unless the Platform Data is aggregated, hidden or impersonal so that it cannot be associated with a particular User, browser or device) or, if we are a Technology Provider, if a User or Customer submits a request to delete the Platform Data or the Customer no longer has an account associated with us;
e. if required by applicable laws or regulations; or
f. as required by Section 7 ("Compliance Review, Suspension and Termination Rights").
ii. If we are required to retain Platform Data pursuant to applicable laws or regulations, we shall retain proof of such requirement or request and make it available upon request by Meta.
iii. If we receive Platform Data in error, we will immediately notify Meta, delete that Platform Data, and provide proof of deletion upon Meta's request.
e. Exceptions to Restrictions. The foregoing provisions of this Section 3.a-d shall not apply to certain Platform Data.
**Storage, Deletion and Availability of Platform Data.**

**Children’s Privacy**
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
